What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, the service you selected, your project ZIP code, and on the contact page your email address and any message you write. We collect this so we can call you back and quote your project. We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identification numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third party form handling service, which delivers them to our email inbox and retains a copy in our account there. Their handling of that data is governed by Formspree's own privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. GA4 sets cookies and collects information including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicking a phone number or submitting a form. This information is used in aggregate to improve the site. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
You can block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. The site works normally either way.
Embedded maps
The homepage and contact page embed a Google Map showing our service area. When that map loads, your browser contacts Google directly and Google may set cookies and receive your IP address and information about the page you are on, whether or not you interact with the map. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy rather than ours. The map is set to load lazily, so it is only requested if you scroll to it.
Calls
Calls to (559) 314-3498 may be routed through a call tracking service and may be recorded for quality and scheduling purposes.
How we use and share your information
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and schedule work. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, such as our form delivery and analytics providers, and where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we need them for the project, for warranty purposes, and to meet legal and tax record keeping obligations. After that we delete them.
Your rights in California
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, which include the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
